In September 2025, the Oregon Legislative Trade Caucus — co-chaired by Rep. Daniel Nguyen and Rep. Shelly Boshart Davis — led a bipartisan trade mission to Vietnam, strengthening economic, educational, and cultural partnerships across Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi. The mission marked 30 years of normalized U.S.–Vietnam relations and resulted in new agreements, including a landmark Port of Portland–Long An Port memorandum of understanding to expand sustainable trade and logistics cooperation.
New Rose City Consult played a critical role in coordinating logistics, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications for the Oregon Legislative Trade Caucus delegation, ensuring that meetings, cultural programs, and partnership activities were executed seamlessly across Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.
